Rubbish again left out after collection Reported anonymously at 16:41, Tue 5 May 2020 The occupants of 14 Upper Wimpole Street have again left their bins bags out after the refuse collectors have visited. Two large bin bags full of domestic waste were left on the pavement several minutes after the garbage can had been this morning. This is the fourth time in as many weeks. As soon as they leave them the Magpies descend upon them tearing them open for the late night visitors to also help themselves. Previous complaints include ref No's 2092811, 208937, 041901, 2085120. We are fed up of picking up dirty tissues (god knows whats on them), rubber gloves, (heaven only knows what they've been used for), empty sandwhich packets, foil, etc. We are in the middle of a pandemic. This stuff blows into our railings and into the lightwell of our properties. If any health problems arise as a result of this households behavior, not only will legal action be sought against the occupants but against the council as well as they have don't appear to have tackled this ongoing problem despite repeated complaints and just keep clearing up after these inconsiderate people.
