Bicycles Reported anonymously at 14:52, Thu 30 December 2021 There are more cyclists and abandoned/chained up bicycles on the pavements of Paddington than there are on the roads. Praed street,Sussex gardens, Edgware Road etc etc etc. we also have the delivery mopeds and scooters on the pavements around McDonald’s etc. it’s a minefield trying to get to the shops, you’re an inch away from being knocked over. Why don’t the traffic wardens and the community police have a word and explain that pavements are for pedestrians not a bike rally.
