Lamps Not Working Properly.

Lamps Not Working Properly. In Salisbury Street, since last Friday, afternoon CONWAY were doing something to that patch of ground with the uncut grass on it, until then the three of them that you can see in the photos, 3 in a line right there, have not been working properly at all. In fact, ALL of the lights across Broadley Street gardens are nothing functioning correctly mow since CONWAY did something to them. Some have the rings coming on and sone don't, some now have the main light coming on before the the low level lighting rings now, the correctly sequence and timing has all been mucked abouts by whatever it is they have done. ALL of the lighting units now need to be looked at for correctly sequenced timing, low level lighting rings first, then a while later the main lighting unit's on top should start up, they should all be synchronised to do the same thing at the same time; but they're now not doing that; it's now a mess. WTH did CONWAY's con artist's do last week? Does anybody know? Salisbury Street, Lisson Street, Broadley gardens. NW8.
