I’m a tenant in Tothill house in Page Street on the Grosvenor and Regency estate, there has been scaffolding up for the last 12 months that is not alarmed no work has been done for a long time and it had not been taken down, it is clearly a safety hazard as anybody can walk up the scaffolding and break into the flat through the windows.I am a disabled tenant and I hate living fair in my flat the scaffolding should be alarmed or taken down if the work has been done because they’re going to be burglaries and the children play on the scaffolding and somebody’s going to get dangerously hurt

As I said before the scaffolding has been up for nearly 12 months I think there was a leak in the roof that was fixed but the scaffolding is still up it’s not alarmed, children play on it and it is very dangerous for them and as a disabled tenant I fear that anybody could just wander through the window into my flat, it’s not nice living fair in your own home , this problem must be rectified as soon as possible and the scaffolding taken down before there is a disaster .
