Road being dug for the second time in three weeks

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later
Two weeks ago, the road outside my flat, post code NW1 6UE, was dug up to facilitate the installation of new Broadband. Today, the Gas Board are about to dig up in exactly the same place. Surely, there must be a system that co-ordinates such things. If there isn't, perhaps there should be.
