There are so many gypsy travellers within the area who are a hazard to: 1. resident's health; they may be carriers of COVID and are not checked. They also start touching and holding hands of people whilst begging for money. 2. law; I have witnessed them steal from M&S Green Park and Tesco Curzon St. 3. safety; I have seen them mug people and run off. Last year, they stabbed someone on Hill Street and mugged them. 4. environment; They have been littering all round and have their bedding outside stores, and half moon church. 5. Public facilities such as the library can no longer be accessed as they sit there to sue the Wi Fi and lack personal hygiene
This has been ongoing for 2 years at least.
Living in such an area, one pays high council taxes so that the council can help make this a better and safe place for everyone. Sadly the council is not doing much in regards to this and is making this area difficult to live in. These are not genuinely homeless people.
