Conway (contractor for Highways) working outside of allocated hours. For example Conway started drilling on the road (Seymour Place) at 9am-12.30pm on Sunday 16th August. Please can the council manage their contractors effectively and ensure that residents can have a least one day free of very intrusive drilling noises. There appear to be regular roadwork on Seymour Place.....
