Few recycling bags appear on Wednesday morning one is full of food waste,they are using the recycling bags as rubbish bags and isn't the first time.There is evidence of where they coming from, and always is the same address. Please do something rather than collect it,send a evironment officer to deal with the problem. The street is a mess
