Urgent covid-19 related
Reported via desktop in the Street works and obstructions category anonymously at 21:40, Wed 21 October 2020
Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later
I reported this problem over a month ago and no one has responded. We are in the middle of a pandemica and being asked to work/school from home. However, this one street, Bark Place, has ZERO internet. Openreach says that it cannot run the fibre cable because of a collapse of the conduit from Moscow Road to Bark Place. While this has been reported a number of times, the Council has done nothing to authorise the immediate repair so that residents can comply with the Covid-19 guidelines and work from home. Please authorise and approve the building works to allow this small bit of fibre cable to be installed underground. Thank you.
