Joinery van parked for over 20 mins now with engine idling. Has been doing so for a few days. Asked the driver to kindly turn engine off but didn't care to do so.

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

Van repeatedly parked on Moorhouse Roiad with engine idling. Unwilling to turn it off when asked. Still idling at the time of writing this.
