People are dumping rubbish everyday and have been for a couple of years, seeing rats around the rubish is new though.

People dumping food, used nappies, pretty much anything goes underneath the Westminster do not fly tip sign. Please can you make an effort to stop and educate whoever is doing this. The squalor is getting depressing and the rats unhealthy. Happening every day. Thanks
