Pavement leaking into property below during rainfall

When there is heavy rain, water penetrates the pavement on Lower Grosvenor Place in several places and leaks into the basement of the property at 1 Grosvenor Gardens. This may be the result of broken glass bricks. The leaks are causing damage inside the property.
