Site light on top of construction
Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later
Very bright light on top of the charing cross road construction site shines directly into my bedroom window, lights up my whole room so I can't sleep properly. This light has been there months now, it isn't a safety light to point out cranes as its not even on the top floor.
