Lack of sign: Dangerous unmarked central reservation section

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

There is a dangerous section of central reservation at the pedestrian crossing which is unlit, unmarked etc. Particularly for vehicles turning right onto Buckingham Gate from Palace st especially in dark conditions. Thanks
