In the last two mouths there is so much dogs waste. Sometimes in the middle of the road. I have seen many times that owners ignoring and no picking. The area around fifth and six evening, Ilbert Street, Droop Street. It is filthy. I have a dog and I love dogs but people have to be responsible for their animals. So please do something about it
