Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

Signs abandoned and lying on the pavement near 46-47 Chester Square (one is opposite), have been there for many weeks! also barrier abandoned on Elizabeth Street on the corner with Gerald Road. why cant the contractors take these away?
