Dangerous use of public seating

Reported via mobile in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 17:16, Sunday 28 March 2021

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

The new seats on the corner of Elizabeth Street and Ebury Mews have become a children’s playground with children climbing on these seats, shouting loudly and creating a bottleneck on the pavement which prevents social distancing. For residents on the street the additional noise isn’t ideal but surely this is a health and safety hazard for the council if the seats are being used as a climbing frame by young children?
