Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later
Even after a light fall of rain or street cleaning a puddle is left on this spot until it dries up by sun/wind/evaporation. It is situated directly between the front door of Duval Court and the roadway. Elderly residents, 3 residents with walking sticks, 3 families with children age 5 and under, all have to negotiate this puddle. I have already reported this (129630) and apparently inspectors came out today but didn’t think there was sufficient of a problem to request a repair. It was dry and hadn’t rained for a while! I beg to differ! I had put a chalk ring around the problem area, hoping an unspectacular would see the “tide mark” left on the footpath over the YEARS. Having just seen a new resident trying to negotiate her toddler around the puddle I decided to act. She was very grateful for my offer to get the matter sorted with the council! Please review this matter and reconsider your decision!
