Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2689042.

Unlicensed restaurant run from basement of bed and breakfast. There are private properties along this stretch. Cars show up late and people turn up and eat food outside. Noise and rubbish nuisance, smells travel for 10 hours a day on Sat and Sun. Needs to be closed now!!!! It's a bed and breakfast. No license.
