Rubbish dumped in Hugh St opposite the Blue Cross Hospital

Reported via desktop in the Litter category anonymously at 21:10, Tuesday

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is my second email as I am sending this time some photos to support reporting of the litter problem in Hugh Street.

It is a beautiful street and unfortunately way too often polluted by idling engines of cars parking in front of Blue Cross and by litter dumped on the road, pavements and on or behind the railings of the opposite building.

As a resident in one of the flats there (with two young children) I would be grateful if you could look into it and hopefully help with a solution how to educate the patients' owners coming to Blue Cross not to dump litter around and turn off the engine whilst they wait to be seen by the vet.

Thank you.
