I tried reporting this danger to the Lisson Green Estate Office, but its closed; Probably Covis problems; so I went on-line to WCC to report this danger to pedestrians etc; the bollard is flattened, '' this has happened before'' as your records will prove; the other dangers to the Public are illegal parking on yellow lines and the Box Junction entrance to Cottesloe House, where cars park day and night, this I have noticed many times that Ambulances have great difficulty trying to get to ill, sick, and often dying tenants etc; So I think the Council needs to remove this damaged bollard and fill in the hole as soon as possible; before someone gets injured and sues the Council etc. I hope this explains the caution and the reasons for this notice of damage etc.

PS, I am a tenant; I live at Number 10 Cottesloe House, Jerome Crescent, and I rent the garage no 105, where I store my bicycle etc.
