Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

These two big purple bins first appeared outside The Porterhouse Pub in Exchange Court. They were first reported on Tuesday 17th May and the next day they were moved down the alleyway, away from the pub but outside our residential building. They are both unwelcome and unsightly. We do not wish these bins to be a permanent resident outside and furthermore they are obstructing the pedestrian alleyway. I had guests this week with pushchair and children and it makes it difficult to pass by. Surely these can be moved elsewhere? I understand that they are not Westminster refuse bins but belonging to another company but it is not correct to obstruct the alleyway. You will have more power to get these moved than us. The residents in this building do not want these outside. Please can you help to get them moved.
