Consistent rubbish dumped at wrong hours

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category anonymously at 11:56, Monday 11 July 2022

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

Hello,

I live in 10-12 Westbourne Grove, and we have a specific collection time to leave our bins outside for collection. My flatmate and I have been living here for 2 years and have noticed no one ever follows that time, meaning that every single day we have piles and piles of garbage just outside our flat, which really isn't nice - with the wind and people going through the rubbish it means it's always a mess I am sending a picture of what it looked like this morning (this was taken at 7h30, our residential rubbish collection time is 11h-12h) I'm conscious 11h-12h isn't a very easy hour for people who don't work from home (for example, we end up always having to take our garbage bags to the large Waitrose bins during the week) but it's becoming quite frustrating Would it be possible to have a large bin for our street, so people can dump their bags in there, or any other method that would solve this? Happy to help in whatever way we can - we just want to find a solution

Thank you so much, Laura Barros Bertoldi
