People constantly urinate under my flat window which makes my flat smell the whole time especially in Summer when it’s hot and my windows are open. I keep reporting it and it will keep happening so can there be a permanent solution like washing it every day please? It’s just to the side of the fenced off patio area of the Village Bar by their and Sophisticats’ back doors. There’s a permanent puddle of it. Thanks.
