Parked on the pavement, totally blocking it off to pedestrians, as it was right up against the railings.

This is not right, not good, not fair, and illegal, even for the AA.

SHROTON STREET NW1 at Junction of Lisson Grove, for a long time, I saw it at 14.00

There is NO excuse for this; None !!!!!!!!
