This resident here at this spot, right outside his Daventry street door, keeps on doing thistle on a daily basis, for long enough to earn a PCN or FPN ticket for it.
He both mounts the kerb, and then drives alongside the pavement until he is parallel to his street door.
This clearly is a breach of council byelaws as well as the highway code.
Please can you get involved with this resident vehicle owner.
