Parked on pavement. Over an hour.

Thames Water van blatantly Parked on the pavement of ASHMILL STREET NW8 for long enough to earn a ticket.

Not even Thames water have the remit to do this, but they seem to think that they do.

I've checked on that, and they DO NOT.

Please issue Thames Water an FPN ticket.
