More rubbish dumped

I have already reported dumped rubbish and rats and rats' dead body ref 4902809 17th August. Since I have reported in August I have found few extra rats poison black box in this court yard but dumped rubbishes are still not removed and worse. please find the pictures and rats poo in the court yard. We have rats issue all the time. These damped rubbish doesn't help at all. This is health hazards.

I wonder who own this court yard? I think Westminster council owns this court yard. I would suggest to put the camera so we could catch anyone who dump the rubbish and fin them £150 or more.

Please find the solution to stop people dumping rubbish asap.

The people who have access to this court yard are.. *35 Lisson Grove x 5 flats *Bell st 99B, 101A, 103 *Cosway st NW1 Stafford house *Lissoon Grove 37(Shop), 37 A, 37B, 37C 39 Lisson Grove Trurie Cafe 35, Lisson Cottage (No use at present)

I am from 37 B Lisson Grove, we don't use the bin area at all we through our bins at Lisson Grove street. Please don't put any rubbish removal bills in our service charge. Regards, Hina Dohi
