24/7 SHITTING AND PISSING IN BETWEEN THE RECYCLING BINS AT THE PENFOLD STREET END OF RAVENSBOURNE HOUSE NW8 8BE

Surely there is something that some of you can do during the night, after dark, at least between midnight and 6.AM Surely?

These fuckers keep on shitting and pissing here 24/7 X 365 and recently it's been getting worse and worse and worse and worse and worse.

Now we have homeless fuckers camping in Broadley Street Gardens, and getting up periodically to take a piss and a shit.

During the day, we've got these low life effing Romanians who do it openly in broad daylight; into the bins. Smiling ar people and even talking to passers-by as they piss.

Like, WTF WCC????????

Do something here, Pleeeeaaassse!!!!!!!
