An issue with Synchronisation; I think?
I've noticed since last summer a problem with the lighting unit's installed by CONWAY in 2021, that, when the light is just starting to dim, the ring's are supposed to come on at for at least a half an hour before the main Top lamps do, but, since Conway fiddled around with them last year, they set them wrong, and since then they work the orher way around; the top's or main lamps come on when it is dusky, followed by the ring's later after full darkness decends.
In the early mornings, the ring's go off, though it is still fully dark, but the main lamps stay on until it is fully light, then go off.
This is wrong, and not the way thst Conway had it with them at first operational in 2021, 2022, but since Conway were seen working on them a year ago, they have not been right. They have been totally out of sync.
So, to recap; the low level ring's should come on first and go off last; and, the top or higher level LED lamps should be second on, and last to go off as daylight really kicks in.
I think that WCC is gonna have to get on their case a bit and make them set them properly.
Good luck.
