Plympton Street Enormous Urine On Pavement Corner - Please Help

Someone has just performed an enormous urination on the pavement in the corner of Plympton Street by the white wall through the barrier. Please can you help jetwash the urine as it is enormous and smells really bad and the kids play here. Many thanks for all your help.
