Accident with bollard

Good afternoon, We are AIG - the insurance company of the truck that has hit your bollard in the image attached. The incident occurred on 52 Eaton Terrace London / SW1W 8TP. We accept liability and our reference is 9786277909GB002. We have bent the bollard. Please advise us if you will make a claim at claimsuk@aig.com.
