This busy pavement obstructed by bikes
Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5979110.
This afternoon, outside Dominoes Pizza on 384 Edgware Rd, four delivery bikes were parked. This allowed only a small space for pedestrians to pass through. I spoke to the duty manager saying my photo would be sent to the Council.
