Hire bikes blocking entry to the road

This is an ongoing issue and these bikes are left outside its parking space blocking resident cars from entering into Kings Scholars Passage SW1P 1FZ. The bike stands/parking space is an obstruction and a hazard for pedestrians, cars and residents. We have to get out of the car and move the bikes to turn into our road from Francis Street. The location of this bike stand/space is ridiculous and seriously has not been thought through. This is an everyday issue especially at night time when we come home we can’t drive through because the bikes are blocking the entire road. The daily inconvenience of moving them by getting out of our car only to drive through our road to park is becoming increasingly frustrating. Please can you relocate this space to another location so this stops all together otherwise it will just continue like this. Before I could take the pictures of the bikes blocking the whole gate and entry, a delivery van driver moved the bikes so the pictures don’t show what we face on a daily basis.
