Major Dirt and Liquid Issue

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6133126.

Due to a hole being drilled above the street. Dirty liquid and dirt is flowing onto the street which is eroding the wall and causing permanent foul surface water. This is opposite a school so should be rectified asap.
