Beige boxes used by construction workers idling diesel engine

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6137824.

We can't open our windows as the smell is awful from the diesel generators! Not sure why these need to have engines at all much less running on a summer day, but they need to be removed immediately if the contracted workers can't be reasonable about using the units. Residents of WG should not have to be exposed to toxic fumes! This is an immediate health risk.
