Hire bikes and scooters parked in electric car bays and pavement

Over 30 bikes and scooters were abandoned in electric car bays and nearby pavement today not the designated area. The photos show just a few still parked illegally when I went back an hour later (I couldn’t take photo earlier as I was driving trying to find a space to park) It is becoming a real problem, pavements on Horseferry on St John’s garden side and opposite are often impassable.
