Cyclists ignoring signage, causing pedestrian injuries

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6292040.

Cyclists are ignoring dismount signs around the lupus street gas works and have struck atleast one neighbour.

They are abusive when told to dismount and some have been threatening by swinging locks and chains.

There are signs to dismount and they're ignoring them, hurtling down narrow paths where the elderly, children and animals are meant to be walking.

Please rectify before locals take matters into their own hands
