Bags out since 7.30 am for private company collection, can the warden speak to this business as they can keep the bags in their property until 2 hours before private collector, it’s not fair on residents this section of the street is always a mess ! Why are they allowed to do this ? When residents can be fined . This doesn’t happen on any other street in W1 thank you very
