Hanging Basked missing

About 5 years ago the streetlamps on Horseferry Road were replaced. In the case of this street light the hanging basket bracket was put back on far to high up the lamppost. For the past five years no basked has been hung on it. I would request that the bracket is positioned properly and that then a hanging basket can be put on it. You do such a great job of brightening our streets that it is a shame that this has never been corrected.
