Pigeons Being Fed Leading to Large Amounts of Food and Pigeons Opposite the Gallery Public House

Food is being thrown from the windows of Kent House overlooking Aylesford Street and the Gallery pub. The quantity of food is so great that flocks of pigeons are there every day. There is pigeon muck on cars and street furniture. The amount of food is so great that it must also be encouraging rats.
