Dumped outside Wedgewoods House at the back area. The gate is locked and padlocked, at all 3 entrances into the area because the old pathway above the sports court is falling at the end near Lutyens house. Only the estate maintenance have keys for the area all the 9 years I've lived here.
Iit is encouraging rats.
