On Shillibeer Pl, outside house 2, 3, 4 and 5 on W1H 4DR, you will note the Street is completely dark and it’s dangerous to walk at night. Due to work on the road, it’s a serious hazard to walk at night. Please fix the both street lights at your earliest convenience.
