Human Excrement on Pavement

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7092600.

Human faeces on the pavement next to construction site. One doesn't like to assume, but its not a huge stretch of the imagination to conclude this is a result of the mini encampment of drug users and rough sleepers in this area (see other complaints in area RE vomit, urine, etc.)
