Trees need cutting

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7100258.

We are erecting a scaffold to the external facade at eagle wharf Grosvenor road. some nearby trees have branches which will be coming into contact with the scaffolding. could these be trimmed back by ourselves or would the council need to cut them prior?
