Dumped rubbish bags and recycling bags

This is becoming a regular occurrence of bags being dumped here. These are not from residents who preside in Ponsonby place. Previous dumped bags have come from St George’s mansions which are on is in causton street just around the corner opposite the swan pub. Signage needs to be put up to inform people they cannot dump rubbish and inform them of the correct collection days. We are seeing the bags being spilt open by birds and foxes and causing mess around the road. An investigation team need to be identifying the people,who are doing this and fined. Previous bags have been identified with names and addresses which have been given in previous reports.
