Man from 2nd floor lenthal house Churchill Gardens estate walks his English bull dog round the balconies to whitley house and his dog urinates and poops all round the balconies. The picture I have attached to this message is of the bin chute on 2nd floor of whitley house where his dog urinates most days. I live in whitley house with my dog and do not wish to be blamed for this dogs fouling.The owner is very rude and confrontational. I live in whitley house
