Delivery vehicle idling infront of hospital with sick patients - CO2 poisoning
Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8379321.
Driver was approached to move car as he was idling infront of ward with people with lung cancer and lung issues. Poisoning them further with his C02 fumes. Completely careless and dangerous behaviour. Brakes should be ashamed. The driver said nothing he can do he needs to keep it on and fumes weren’t his problem.
